This fixture punches four holes in the Styleworks Packhorse case to attach the hinges. The operator places the case on the fixture and lines up the punches with the indents in the case. The operator then activates a pneumatic valve which clamps the case into the punch. If the case is not positioned properly on the punches the clamps will not close fully and the punches will not fire. If the case is positioned properly and is clamped correctly when the operator activates the two hand push buttons the pneumatic punches extend and punch the four holes in the case. The operator then activates the valve which releases the clamp and removes the case from the fixture. This fixture was designed with pneumatic logic so only compressed air is required.
